HIT 206 - Management for Health Information Technologists

In this course, students will explore management processes applied by Health Information Technologists. Emphasis will be on management of human resources and department operational financial budgets. The concept of management vs. leadership in workforce sustainability will be addressed. Psychological motivation in organizational change and cultural diversity skills will be applied in project management and team leadership theories.
