MA 201 - Phlebotomy

This course provides an overview of the medical assisting profession. Topics in this course will include: phlebotomy and healthcare, phlebotomy and safety, infection control, phlebotomy terminology and abbreviations, assisting in blood collection, venipuncture, capillary puncture, patient and specimen handling, quality essentials and practicing professional behavior.
