ETM 280 - Advanced Robotics & Programmable Controls (Formerly IA 201). This course is designed to provide the student with an understanding of how to integrate components, equipment and work cells into a completely automated system. The areas of study include computer and robot programming, PLCs, data acquisition, accessing the computer’s hardware, computer communication and control, and advanced sensors such as machine vision.
