ETM 140 - Fluid Power and Control Circuits I Formerly: IA 143
This course provides an introduction to fluid power. It focuses on the concepts, physical laws, principles of operation and applications of components and circuits found in modern fluid power systems. This course will provide students with the knowledge and “hands-on” training to install, modify, troubleshoot, maintain and repair basic fluid power components, circuits and systems. No previous knowledge of fluid power systems is required. Prerequisite(s): None 3 credits plus 3 contact hours = 2 lecture, 4 laboratory
