Sales is critical to nearly every business venture, as it generated topline revenue, which pays all of the company expenses. This skill set will prepare students for an entry-level position in a variety of sales fields.

When students complete this program, they will be able to:

  1. demonstrate the ability to make a compelling sales presentation using professional tools and techniques appropriate to the situation,
  2. demonstrate writing ability appropriate to submitting a written sales proposal,
  3. listen effectively and understand customer needs and wants to overcome potential objections and concerns.
