Student Housing


College Housing at St. Clair County Community College (The Dock) is an accessible, learning-centered living community, dedicated to providing affordable housing and quality service to residential students.

Accommodations and Amenities

College Housing offer single, double, and triple occupancy suite-styled rooms each with its own private bathroom. Suites come fully furnished with extended-length twin size beds, desks, drawers, tables and chairs, and closet space. High Speed WiFi Internet, Water, Heating, Air Conditioning, Garbage removal and residential/overflow parking is all included in costs. The residence hall includes a communal kitchen and dining area, lounge with a TV, and an in-house laundry washer and dryer facility. A meal plan is available to all SC4 students. Requirements

Students living in College Housing must meet ongoing academic and enrollment requirements. Per semester, residents must maintain full-time enrollment (12 or more credit hours for fall and winter semesters) and maintain term and cumulative GPA statuses of 2.00 or higher.
