College Housing at St. Clair County Community College provides an affordable, accessible, learning-centered living community, dedicated to providing quality service to residential students.
Accommodations and Amenities
College Housing offers single- and double-styled rooms, each with its own private bathroom. Rooms come fully furnished with extended-length twin size beds, desks, drawers, chairs and closet space. High-speed Wi-Fi, water, heating, air conditioning, garbage removal and residential/overflow parking is all included in costs.*

Requirements
Students living in College Housing must meet ongoing academic and enrollment requirements. Per semester, residents must maintain full-time enrollment (12 or more credit or contact hours for fall and winter semesters) and maintain term and cumulative GPA statuses of 2.0 or higher.
