Student Housing


College Housing at St. Clair County Community College provides an affordable, accessible, learning-centered living community, dedicated to providing quality service to residential students. 

Accommodations and Amenities

College Housing offers two residential buildings each with various room types ranging from studios, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom units. Rooms come fully furnished with extended-length twin size beds, desks, drawers, chairs, closet space, and private bathrooms per unit (shared among roommates). High-speed internet, water, heating, air conditioning, garbage removal, and parking/overflow parking is all included in costs.

College Housing residents also receive a free Blue Water Area Transit bus pass, a Port Huron YMCA Gym membership, and a Door Dash Dash-Pass membership each semester.


Requirements

Students living in College Housing must meet ongoing academic and enrollment requirements. Per semester, residents must maintain full-time enrollment (12 or more credit or contact hours for fall and winter semesters).
