PSY 290 - Research Design in Behavioral Sciences This course explores and compares the diverse methods used to research in psychology and behavioral sciences. Students will learn how investigators design and conduct studies, analyze and interpret data, and share results with professionals in the field. This course aims to train students to become better consumers of research and introduce them to the presentation and writing style associated with scientific study. Students will gain an understanding of the writing and publication format of the American Psychology Association. Prerequisite(s): ENG 102 AND PSY 180 Corequisite(s): None 4 credits = 4 lecture
