ART 106 - Color and Design In this course, students explore the principles of two-dimensional design as a foundation for all work in art in various media. This course concentrates on the basic design principles and sources of design inspiration that are fundamental for all visual arts. Students develop their technical skills and design concepts by experimenting with a wide variety of tools and materials through the study of design concepts. Prerequisite(s): None 3 credits , plus 3 contact hours = 2 lecture , 4 laboratory
