ACD 120 - Typography I This class will provide students with an introduction to typography as a visual tool and as an art form. Students will explore typographical design from simple letterforms to complex type composition. Students will also learn the names and subtle nuances of typefaces, and the mechanics of type spacing. Offered fall semester only. Prerequisite(s): ACD 140 3 credits, plus 3 contact hours = 1 lecture, 5 laboratory
