PROGRAM OUTCOMES/OBJECTIVES:
When students complete this program, they will be able to:
- demonstrate the ability to make a compelling sales presentation using professional tools and techniques appropriate to the situation
- demonstrate writing ability appropriate to submitting a written sales proposal
- listen effectively and understand customer needs and wants to overcome potential objections and concerns.
