Associate in General Education

ASSOCIATE IN GENERAL EDUCATION

The flexible Associate in General Education program is designed for students wishing to broaden their education and earn a college degree with emphasis on general studies, career development, and personal growth. The program includes required coursework alongside of numerous elective courses to provide students with a foundation for lifelong learning and better qualify them for a wide range of employment opportunities.

This program is intended for students who wish to complete two years of college and are not planning to transfer to four-year institutions. Individual courses may transfer depending on the intended college and degree selection on a course-by-course basis. Students are strongly encouraged to work with an advisor to select the degree program and courses which best suit their educational and career goals.
