GD 231 - Motion Graphics This course introduces students to the fundamentals of motion design, utilizing industry-standard software for the creation of dynamic animated visuals. Students will design digital elements and animate, applying principles of timing, staging, transitions, and visual storytelling. Through creative hand-on projects, students will gain proficiency in two-dimensional animation techniques, vector illustrations, and the fundamental principles of motion design. Prerequisite(s): GD 140 3 credits plus 3 contact hours = 2 lecture, 4 laboratory
