OA 262 - Records and Database Management This course includes a hands-on and computer-based approach to teaching the fundamentals of filing and records management. Topics include manual filing–alphabetic, geographic, subject, numeric, alphanumeric; electronic filing–creating and using database management files; and an introduction to records management–maintaining records, types of filing systems, records creation and control. Prerequisite(s): OA 110 4 credits = 4 lecture /laboratory CT
