The Associate of Applied Arts and Science degree in Allied Health is a degree program that combines occupation-specific courses from an accredited training facility with general education courses and specific support courses offered through St. Clair Count Community College.
* Radiologic Technologists must be a graduate of a JRCERT accredited program and hold a national registry certificate.
** Paramedics must be a graduate of an accredited paramedic program and hold a paramedic state license.
Students must complete an additional 35 credits beyond their training program for this degree; a minimum of 18 credits must be completed at SC4.

First Year - First Semester - 18/19 Credit/Contact Hours
2nd Semester - 17/18 Credit/Contact Hours
Accredited Program Transfer Credit - 30 Semester Hours
**** Awarding of 30 credits from an accredited Radiologic Technology or Paramedic training program. Range Total Credit Hours/Range Total Contact Hours = 65/67
* Radiologic Technologists may contact the Radiologic Technology director at (810) 989-5688 for more information. ** Paramedics may call the Paramedic program director at (810) 989-5753 for more information. *** or MTH 112 or higher. **** Articulated credit is awarded to students who have completed an accredited training program and successfully completed the national Registry Exam. Students must provide proof of certification to the Registrar. |
