PHL 168 - Philosophy of Food This course examines some of the philosophical issues surrounding food. Food lies at the intersection of a number of philosophical questions. What is food? Should we be vegetarians? Do animals have rights? Who produces our food? What are the social, political, and environmental consequences of food?
